Educational Process

General information

The learning process is based on the needs and particularities of each student. The student does not adapt to the needs of the school study but our experienced teachers adapt the study according to the possibilities of the first. The criteria are multifactorial and are based on educational methodologies. We study the material of the day from the textbooks but also from easy-to-read aids, so the student does not simply memorize, but understands!

At the same time, we support our students with excellent digital tools that offer them “his” workplace, a specially trained teacher who guides him in his study and we evaluate his performance every day.

So the student, within 2-3 hours, has completed the study of all the lessons of the next day and is free to dedicate himself to extracurricular activities, his friends and family.

Knowledge is the Supply for the Future

The 6 Sectors of Our Success

The program of the Greek school is very demanding as the knowledge and information that the children receive is the foundation of their later school course.

The teaching is individualized and the program of each child is shaped according to his needs, inclinations and pace of understanding. We are next to every child, building a meaningful interpersonal relationship with him every day. Personal supervision and discreet control are key factors in the successful educational process of any child.

It is the role of counselor and coordinator of learning and for this reason it does not offer the knowledge ready to the students, but it leaves the children to discover it on their own, giving the appropriate stimuli.

He listens to the needs of children, reinforces them, guides them discreetly and is always present, rushing to help when needed.

Study strategies refer to techniques that aim to develop study skills to help students “learn how to learn”, and their use applies to all subjects.

So, techniques are learned in a structured and systematic way, so that the child acquires the mechanisms of reading, mathematical thinking, memory, information coding.

By following each section of the textbook, the student can study examples in each daily lesson and solve exercises in a creative and fun way. The interactive desktop arouses the student’s interest by making the learning process understandable, enjoyable and efficient.

Use of original interactive material from reliable digital platforms (Pedagogical Institute, Ministry of Education, Hellenic Institute). They offer interesting educational activities, creative games, constructions, experiments or even fairy tales, which teach in an alternative way, inform, stimulate the imagination and mobilize thought.

The ongoing assessment of students, the achievement of their educational goals, as well as the information of the guardians / parents are just some of the most important points of the educational process that our study center supports.

Student Assessment
Student assessment is ongoing and takes place:
– In each lesson and is imprinted on the card of each student’s department. It evaluates his work for the home, his participation and other quality characteristics such as autonomy or self-concentration in the classroom.
– In the four-month competitions
– In the final test of the year (OEFE)
– On worksheets

The evaluation is analyzed in the parents ‘meetings and is recorded in the progress sheets, in the four-month grades and in the detailed situation of the competitions, as presented in the students’ portfolios.

Parents briefing
We systematically inform parents both at parents’ meetings and daily through the secretariat for student progress. The responsible teacher of the department undertakes to support the students as a whole in their duties by collaborating, at the same time with the other teachers of the department. It also informs parents and the Directorate of Studies about student performance.
